You'll receive a 15 to 20 minute video walkthrough plus a PDF of annotated screenshots, with up to 10 recommendations ordered by priority. Expect delivery within five business days of receiving your brief. Watch it when it suits you; there's no meeting to schedule. You can send one round of follow-up questions by email within seven days of delivery. The scope is one homepage.
